In a 10X culture the objective is to shift money from being an end in itself, to one of being a means of becoming the fully integrated individuals that experience and co-create our truest life.

Goals:

  • To insure enough cash-flow to purchase anything from the rest of the world that can be made outside the community more efficiently than we can make it on the inside.
  • To insure that all money is done so on the basis of a scientific assessment of well-being generated. This means several things: if it's more fun to bake our own bread than buy it, we will bake our own bread. If it brings more well-being to have a kite festival than to buy another car, we will host a kite festival. The key is objective data about the felt experience of community members.
  • To provide as many ways as possible for community members to work from inside the community, reducing commute-time and providing more control of schedules.
  • To insure that the community can be entirely self-funded if need be and to provide unique services not available in the general community.

Strategy:

  • Make remote-work with video-conferencing easy, providing state-of-the-art computers, internet, cameras etc. on site.
  • Look for opportunities to use county-land to form partnerships that bring community value so there is no land cost in exchange for 40 year renewable low or free leases.
  • Look for opportunities in dying counties in America where a community project is needed and welcome and land is free.
  • Shelter individuals from taxes wherever possible using a conscious tax strategy to insure that the non-profit foundation of the community helps insure money stays on the land and benefits the community.
  • Develop skills within the community based on: "How can we bring the most value to others profitably?"
  • Create a place where the surrounding population can leave usable things that might have some use to someone such as scrap building materials and old furniture, thus providing community service, saving material from a land-fill, and also providing
  • resources for community projects.
  • Consider opportunities to perform community service at a county/state level.
  • Aim for everyone to own their own dwelling within five years and preferably pay cash up front and work with friends to do it together.
  • Partner with Universities for ecology and sociology and medical studies in exchange for grant money.
  • Create a "larger community" membership as follows in tax deductible donations:
  • Be a friend and get notified of things.
  • Be a supporting friend and be invited to four festivals a year.
  • Be an angel friend and adopt a project/person for $4,000. or more per year.
  • Be a founding friend and contribute $14,000. or more for free access to the community as often as desired.
  • Track community cash-flow and individual cash-flow with the app.
  • Create a 30% protocol that sees there being 30% more cash than is needed at any given moment for future, dreams and crisis, or staying at least three months ahead.
  • Receive a franchise fee for app-support, use, and consulting for new communities to start.
  • Form a religion and provide community members and larger community members an opportunity to experience sacred psychedelic rituals.
  • Make community-schooling part of the community project and insure that either the community is tax free or receives public-school stipend for the project.
  • Test each community-member's skill and aptitudes as part of the joining process (strengthfinder 2.0 and an interview with a seer) so we know who is good at what.
  • Ask each community member: "If you could serve the world in any way you could, what would be your ideal script?" Seek to support that.
  • Actively support the integration/learning process so that everyone is improving their value consciously all the time.
  • Creating an app-function that helps people develop goals and achieve those goals.
  • Ask the question: "How can we provide the most value to the surrounding community?"
  • Provide members with a variety of things that they can do well to serve the community and world:
  • Virtual-assisting training and marketing protocol to help busy-planet serving people accelerate their work.
  • Graphic art and media editing services to help under-represented voices.
  • Legal support for cases that support the planet in partnership with overseas teams.
  • Community-building consulting and support that goes both ways (as others succeed copying the model, we learn what others are doing).
  • Self-employed jobs that help the community and clients:
  • Accounting.
  • Massage.
  • Natural birthing.
  • Gardening.
  • Art.
  • Pet care and training for various pets of people on vacation.
  • Natural birthing.
  • Dying and preparation for dying care - elderly care.
  • Community dining and events day pass and half-day pass.
  • Classes on well-being and emergency preparedness.
  • Care for the elderly in the community.
  • Child-care and education.
  • Lower costs:
  • A burial that costs $15,000. in typical America costs $700. on the community, saving 90%
  • Care for the elderly, if needed at all, is 80% less than a nursing home and more enjoyable.
  • Land costs are low or free using the strategy of leasing for community services and/or using unwanted land to regenerate an area that is dying.
  • School costs $1,500. per year and actually generates $3,000-$7,000. per year for the community, a more than 10,000% net gain.
  • Dental cleaning, massage, child-birth, STD screening and the like is roughly 40% less with higher enjoyment.
  • Individual housing costs members 90% less than a typical house, freeing money up to go towards the community.
  • Outside interest payments are minimal with people owning their own home.
  • Food costs for great organic food are 30% less thanks to growing our own food.
  • Community art and gardens are 50% less thanks to doing our own and using recycled materials.
  • Car and transportation costs are 80% less due to shared cars, no need for cars on community, and video-commuting to work.
  • Entertainment costs are 50% less due to a rich community life.
  • Taxes are 60% less due to the non-profit and minimal need for a high income.
  • Health-care costs are 50% less due to several trained nurses in the community and a community-built healing center along with a healthier lifestyle.
